Our photo magnets are custom-made using the images and text that you upload at checkout. We treat your uploaded memories as sensitive personal data:

• We use your uploaded photos and text strictly to print, craft, and deliver your order.
• We will never use your personal photos for marketing, social media, or website examples without your explicit, separate consent (such as checking a dedicated permission box).
• Uploaded images are securely processed through our e-commerce platform Shopify and our personalization tool NINEMAGS strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
• Photos are retained only for as long as necessary to complete your order, handle any remake or warranty inquiries, and comply with legal record-keeping obligations. Once this period expires, files are securely deleted from our active production systems.
